To our friends in stock transfer service Sales

We humbly offer these suggestions: 1) Don’t criticize your competition. There is no major transfer agent left in the stock transfer industry which isn’t quite good, and nobody likes a “basher”; 2) Heavily promote the cyber-security surrounding your operations, citing reliable external auditing sources where possible; 3) Highlight your 21st Century upgrades while also showing how you cater to the older generation, who are still many of the registered shareholders handled by transfer agents; 4) As a corollary, don’t assume your “tokenization” capabilities provide you with any meaningful sales advantage; 5) To the extent you use offshore resources explain them convincingly – don’t apologize for them; 6) Price your services fully but still competitively. You won’t make ANY profit if you don’t first win the business; and 7) You may think your prospect would be foolish not to choose you, but remember no purchase is made using one’s head – it is made based on one’s gut.  That is why sales can be so frustratingly hard.
